Who we are

We get NDIS providers the clients they need to grow.

There are tens of thousands of NDIS providers in Australia — support work, supported accommodation, support coordination, allied health, community access, and everything in between.

Most were started by people who are excellent at care and have no idea how to get participants through the door. They rely on word of mouth, referrals that dry up, and marketing agencies that don't understand the sector.

Agentix exists to fix that one problem. We run the advertising, generate and qualify participant enquiries, book the face-to-face meetings, and support the provider through to signed service agreements — with a minimum number of guaranteed clients built into every package. For a provider, that's often the difference between a business that stalls and one that scales.

Agentix is the client-acquisition arm of a marketing group that has been doing this for more than three years. Agentix is new. The engine behind it isn't. That's what we're offering you: a start-up's upside on a proven business's foundation.

What a closer does here

This is not a script-and-dial job.

You'll spend your day on booked video calls with NDIS business owners — five to six a day, every one of them pre-qualified and expecting you.

No two are the same. One runs a support-work business with great staff and no pipeline. One has just been approved for SIL and has houses sitting empty. One is spending money on ads that don't convert and doesn't know why.

Your job is to work out what's actually holding each business back, help them see it clearly, and close them onto the package that fixes it. It's consultative, it's long-form, and it rewards people who listen more than they talk.

You don't prospect. You don't chase.

Our marketing engine fills your calendar with businesses that have already put their hand up. And you'll have one of our sales coordinators working alongside you — essentially your own assistant — making sure every appointment shows up on time and ready to talk, and handling your follow-ups so you can stay on the calls that close.

The same product. A different problem every time.

If you find that kind of sale exciting, you'll do very well here. If you'd rather run the same pitch forty times a day, you won't.

The money — with the maths shown

Minimum on-target earnings:

$412,000+

Big numbers on job ads are cheap. Here's exactly how this one is built, using what our current closers are actually doing.

How it works

A base rate of $31 an hour — about $1,240 a week, or roughly $64K a year before commission — plus a scaling commission on the contracts you close each week.

Contracts are worth $14K, $24K or $38K. Your commission rate is set by your total closed revenue for the week, and the rate applies to the whole week — cross a tier and everything you closed that week pays at the higher rate.

Under $30K wk5%
$30K–$70K wk7.5%
$70K+ wk · OTE10%

On-target is $70K a week — five $14K contracts. With 25–30 booked appointments a week, that's closing roughly one in five or six. There's no cap above it.

Why here, over every other offer

If you're good, you've got options. Here's why this one's different.

  1. 01

    The ceiling isn't there.

Uncapped commission on a high-ticket, high-demand service in a sector that grows every year. $412K is the floor of what we expect from a ramped closer — not the aspiration.

  2. 02

    You close. You don't prospect.

Five to six booked, pre-qualified appointments a day, with a sales coordinator keeping them warm, on time, and followed up. Your energy goes into the conversations that pay.

  3. 03

    You're selling something that matters.

Every deal you close means a provider that can hire, house and support more participants. Providers tell us it's the most important decision they've made for their business. Very few sales roles let you say that.

  4. 04

    Ground floor. Proven engine.

Agentix is early. The first closers set the standard, shape the process, and are first in line when we need team leads and a head of sales — and we will. Because we're backed by a marketing group three years in, the risk of "early-stage" isn't yours to carry.

  5. 05

You'll be trained like it matters.

Four weeks of intensive, structured ramp — the sector, the product, our sales process, live call reviews — run by our sales manager, Magnus, alongside one other new closer starting the same day as you. Then ongoing coaching and weekly call breakdowns from a team that expects you to keep getting better.

  6. 06

    Small team. No politics.

Direct access to the people running the business. Good ideas get implemented the same week. Performance is measured on the scoreboard, not on who you know.

  7. 07

    A team, not a floor.

You'll be surrounded by closers who are hungry, sharp, and better than you at something — which is exactly the environment that makes you better.

Culture

Remote, but never alone.

We work out of Roam, a virtual office where the whole team is visible all day. It's the difference between "working from home" and being on a sales floor that happens to be spread across the country.

See the whole teamEveryone sits in their own virtual office. You can see who's on a call, who's free, and who's just closed.
Walk into any roomTap into a voice or video room in one click — a quick question, a debrief after a tough call, or a huddle before a big one.
The leaderboardA live sales leaderboard and announcement system. When you close, the whole team knows. Friendly competition, and plenty of it.
Actual team timeTeam meetings, socials and events, all virtual, all with the same people you're competing with. Remote doesn't mean isolated here.

Core values

How we work.

Own the outcome.

Nobody here says "that's not my job" or "the lead was bad." You own your pipeline, your numbers and your development.

Truth over comfort.

We give honest feedback fast, we review calls in front of the team, and we expect you to want that. If you need to be the best person in the room, this isn't your room.

Diagnose before you prescribe.

We don't pitch. We understand the problem first, every time — because that's what closes, and because our clients deserve it.

Speed.

Small company, big goals. We move fast, decide fast and fix things fast. Ideas raised on Monday are live by Friday.

In it for the long game.

We're building a team and a business, not filling a seat. We want people who plan to be here in three years, in a bigger role.

Read this before you apply

Who this is for — and who it isn't.

The closer we want

  • Proven, or seriously training. You've closed high-ticket, long-form deals — ideally B2B — or you've recently completed (or are in) a structured high-ticket sales program and are hungry to apply it.
  • Fast on your feet. You can hold a conversation with a business owner, catch what they didn't say, and change direction mid-call.
  • Charismatic. People like talking to you and trust you quickly — and you know that's a skill, not a trick.
  • Hungry, and early in the climb. You want to earn a lot, learn fast, and take on more responsibility than you've been given so far.
  • Looking for meaning, not just a bigger number. You want to sell something you'd be proud to explain to your family.
  • Long-term. You're looking for the place you'll build a career, not the next twelve months.

Currently in a full-time sales role? Good — that tells us you're active and experienced. We'll work around your notice period.

This role is not for you if…

  • You want a salary you can coast on. Most of your income is commission you'll have to earn.
  • You need the same pitch every call. Every business is different and you'll have to think.
  • You want to be left alone. We review calls, we coach hard, and we expect you to take it.
  • You're looking for a job to have while you look for a job. We're hiring people who want to grow here.
  • You can't work AEST business hours consistently. Our clients and your appointments run 8:30–5:30 AEST.
  • You're outside Australia, or don't have (and can't get) an ABN.

If none of that put you off, keep going.

What happens next

From application to your first call.
